Signed From Blackburn Rovers along with long time team mate Burton O’Brien. David has given himself a reputation as one of Scotland’s most attacking Full backs. Twice Capped for Scotland David is still pushing for a starting place and is usually in about the squad. David who can play left or right back is always in the Livi starting 11 when available. This Season David has had a lot of suspensions which forces him out of Crucial games for us. David was part of the CIS cup winning team and on the day was very attacking down the right hand side. McNamee played the full 90 minutes of his first cap against Estonia then a late sub appearance against Trinidad & Tobago. David is out of contract in the summer and we don’t know where his future lies. The same as Burton David says he will make his mind up at the end of the season wither he stays or leaves.
