General Meeting Sunday 26th September `04 at 1pm
Here’s a note for you all to put in your diary as our general meeting to update you all on news so far this season.
We’ve booked the meeting for Sunday 26th September at 1pm, (bar will be open before meeting).
Here’s some of the topics we’re going to discuss and also we’re trying very hard to get a member (or two) of management to attend. We’ve also asked a couple of members of LFL trust to come along.
Social Events
We’ve managed to book the Almondvale Suite for another race night on 16th October as the first was a great success and as requested by you here’s a bigger and hopefully just as great night.
Also our Panto Guru (Richard) has booked the Panto for 110 of us and will be collecting money for this excellent day out during October.
We are also looking to hold a Xmas party this year (it’s not that time already), the time/date/venue still to be confirmed.
Membership
George Copeland will be asking for two volunteers from the membership to check through memberships as required in the constitution.
