Four league defeats - By the Spy In Amber

Four league defeats in a row would suggest the side are plumbing the depths, but in truth we're a long way from being relegation candidates yet.

The team played a lot better against Rangers, despite losing 2-0 and deserve credit for that. David McNamee was outstanding and Stuart Lovell's leadership made a heck of a difference.

This was a game we might have won had Stefan Klos not been bang on form.

Our chance of beating Rangers disappeared with Cherif Toure-Maman, who should have known better than make such a clumsy tackle on Ricksen, and can hardly complain about his red card.

Minutes later, the visitors made us pay for that indiscretion with a goal and went on to wrap up a 2-0 victory.

Mystery surrounded the substitution of the outstanding Barry Wilson, with Eugene Didi coming on. Why? Why?
