With doubts over TV cash refusing to go away, it was only when David Fernandez signed for Celtic that Livi realised they had a few bob to spare and invited Bingo back.
We were always going to lose Fernandez, but I wish he had gone to a club down south instead of Parkhead.
Livi are currently examining the possibility of signing up to five new players for next season, but must face up to losing Rubio or Quino.
Both are looking for better deals than appear to be on offer but, hopefully, at least one of them can be talked into extending his stay.
That doesn't look likely right now, but knowing Jim Leishman and Davie Hay they'll have a few ideas on how to bring more quality players to the club.
