We need to get rid of the poor and strengthen in the positions that we are weak. It's time to blood the younger players and give them a chance.
We need to have a squad of around 20 players next term with the shortfall being made up by U21 players.
Big Leish has already dumped Bahoken, Bingham and Amor. He needs to add Brinquin, Dadi and Xausa to that list.
These are players who have had a bad season and I don't see improving. We also need to strengthen the team.
A right-back and a left-back are needed, as well as a couple of wingers to replace those no longer required. Failure to do so could see next season being as painful as this one.
