No excuses

Its nice to see Livingston cutting prices for the Dundee United game on Saturday to £8 for adults and £2 for kids.

This should see a bigger crowd that witnessed one of our best displays of the season against Partick Thistle — pity it's coming to an end.

The media said that there were over 5,300 at the match, and those who made it along would not have been disappointed, given the fare served up by the hungry Lions.

Talking about figures, Livingston have just announced they are in £8m of debt, but it's not time to panic.

Dominic Keane has a good business brain and knows how to make his money work for him.

But next year is going to be a testing time for all at Almondvale. Good businessman or not, Dominic's team will need to be far better than they were this year — and no excuses.
