The new kits unveiled, yesterday
Following this evening’s frank exchange of views with the Livi support, Chairman Pearse Brosnan announced a new policy to attract younger spectators in the hope of breeding the fan base of tomorrow.

After announcing his plan to install a “feckin’ great big telly” within Almondvale Stadium, Brosnan announced his ambitious scheme to a stunned meeting.

“I don’t see why we have to have one feckin’ big telly when we can get loads of small ones too”
he said. “Yer man Keane had the right idea to change the strip every year, so I think we can make a whole bunch of different coloured shirts, each one with a wee telly stitched into it. Got the idea off CeeBeebies the other day when I was bored. Talkin’ of which, that black lass is a bit of a ride eh?” he added.

Brosnan then produced a mock-up of the new junior kits to gasps from the audience. “Take a look at that” he grinned, “I prefer the green one meself.”

The Tabloid understands the new kits will replace the current 10 year commemorative one next season. And in a further development, the Stadium serveries are also expected to see a revamp, with new brands ‘Livi-toast’ and ‘Livi-tustard’ being added to the menu.

“Feckin’ great idea, eh?”
enthused Brosnan as the meeting drew to a close. “Eh-oh!”
