Livingston supremo and former James Bond, Pearse Brosnan, this evening told the Tabloid of his delight at his side reaching the semi-final of the CIS Cup.

Smelling strongly of Magners cider, a clearly beaming Brosnan said “Ya feckin’ beauty! We’re in the semis again, I knew the lads would come good. Two cracking goals they were too.”

Looking forward to the semi-final draw on the 19th, we asked Flynn who he’d prefer to be paired against. “I’m not that bothered to be honest, cos we’ll beat them anyway! But if you press me for any team, I’d have to say Livingston. They’ve never beaten us yet, so I hope it’s them.” At this point we had to remind Brosnan he was actually meant to be talking about Livingston.

“Oh right so, I forgot”
he grinned before slipping inside the boardroom with the club's newly-appointed Supporter Liaison, pictured above.
