Livi V Celtic match preview

Last updated : 26 October 2004 By www.liviultras.com

Livingston take on the Mhanks on Sunday, knowing fine well that they’ll be up against cheating overrated players, and officials that make sure their beloved team get all three points. Champions league whipping bhoys Celtic will also be sweating on Chris Sutton and Jackie McNamara, although the (allergic to soap) Celtic supporters are confident Chris (arms and elbows) Sutton will be fit after he got a beautify fabtabulous corker of a ball square in the mush during Wednesdays embarrassing 3-0 defeat at the hands of Ukrainian superstars side ? (Cannie remember, I should cos according to soap dodgers they are a class side, aye right).

Celtic boss Martin “I’m about to leave the party” O’Neil is angry that he hasn’t been able to buy more players, and it looks as if it going to get worse for O’Neil next season, because it looks as if Livi and every other side in the SPL will have a bigger budget than him.

One person that Livi supporters will be glad to see the back of is Barcelona superstar, Henrik Larsson. The former Celtic ace, now despised by Celtic supporters, walked away from the club in the summer, and returned as a Barca player in the 3-1 champions league (or Chumpions in Celtic’s case) match.

The Glasgow side look a shadow of the side without the Swedish hitman, and if Livi get stuck in, then we should be able to get something from the game (mind you, the ref might have something to say about that).

And now the full team news for Livi supporters (the Celtic supporters will still be reading the first para, trying to work out what all the big words mean)

Dair Doubtful
Livingston midfielder Jason Dair is rated doubtful after picking up a thigh injury in training this week.

Defender Gus Bahoken returns to the squad, while Steven Boyack has returned to training after a hip injury but will not be considered for Sunday.

Celtic's Jackie McNamara is doubtful after suffering a back spasm, but Chris Sutton should recover from getting the ball square in his napper.

Bobo Balde is still troubled by a shoulder problem and Didier Agathe is nursing a knee knock.
