Falkirk V Livingston at Falkirk Stadium - Match Preview

Millar back with Bairns

Falkirk will give a second 'debut' to Mark Millar when Livingston pitch up at the Falkirk Stadium.

Millar has rejoined the Bairns on-loan from Dundee United, while Gary Holt's side also have David McCracken available after a shoulder injury and Ollie Durojaiye in contention for the first time in two months if he suffers no reaction to his foot injury following a full week of training.

Technical director Alex Smith said: "Livi have improved under John McGlynn, but we will have more experience in our team now.

"That will help us get the win we want to put pressure on Hamilton."

Livingston strikers Andrew Barrowman and Mark McNulty will both need to pass fitness tests before McGlynn includes them against the Bairns.

The Lions boss is already missing Mike Mampuya (knee), Ross Docherty (groin) and Mark Burchill (calf) as well as the suspended Danny Denholm.

McGlynn said: "It was frustrating not playing last weekend, but Falkirk were in the same boat. They have added a good player in Mark Millar so we need to be ready for what will be a very tough game.

"A win would take us above Falkirk and that would be a terrific achievement when you consider where we were a few weeks ago."
