Dundee may face legal action

www.liviultras.com understands that Dundee FC could be sued by Livingston over claims that they paid Hassan Kachloul during the months that the Livi star was signed as an amateur. A statement on the official Dundee site has stated that the club will not publish the letter that they sent to the SPL, adding to speculation that they have boobed by accusing Livingston of paying Hassan.

Dundee FC, which is allegedly in dire financial troubles after being relegated have been branded “ridiculous” by Livingston general manager Vivian Kyles, and its understood that Livingston are contemplating taking legal action against Dundee regardless of the outcome, and if the Lions were to win, it would possibly mean the end of the road for the Dark Blues.
