Livingston versus Rangers - Wednesday 19:45 kickoff Almondvale Stadium

Last updated : 25 October 2005 By Dov

Livingston player-manager and obviously Pearse Flynn’s best pal, Paul Lambert has included himself in the Lions squad for the visit of Rangers tomorrow night. Lamberts Lions have been more like pussies this season, and the visit of Rangers will either see the Lions put on a brave performance, or will see yet another heavy defeat inflicted of a poor Livingston side.

On the other hand, Rangers haven’t been firing on all cylinders, so if we get a decent referee and carry a bit of luck, then we may be able to sneak a draw, but a win would probably mean that flying pigs fly over Almondvale tomorrow night.

Livi Striker Graham Barrett is ruled out with a knee injury, while defender David McNamee remains sidelined after a long-term Achilles problem.

Recent respective form guides

Livingston's poor home run has seen them win just 1 and draw 2 of the last six. While Livi have scored 4, a worringly large 13 have been leaked at the other end.

Rangers's away form is none too clever either, seeing them win just 1 and draw 2 of the last six. Only 5 goals have been registered in this time, with 7 leaked at the wrong end.

Livingston find themselves stuck right at the bottom of the division. Their 11 games have yielded only 3 points. Rangers find themselves in a respectable 4th position, courtesy of the 20 points they have accumulated from 11 games.
