The Frenchman has spent the last two seasons at diddy club Ayr United, having spent five years at Love Street with a wee club called St Mirren, whom he joined in 1998ish.
Roy, who is only 27-years old was out of contract with Second Division Ayr and signs for Livi on a free transfer.
Dundee FC have lodged a complaint about the signing.
