Livi's Brazilian boss Marcio Maximo says Lions fans should not be too worried by the team's slow start. Maximo, who tried out no fewer than four systems in the friendly against Ross County, said: "Every situation brings lessons for the next game.

"We need patience as some players understand and others don't. I tried four systems within a 4-4-2 and it's all about finding the right one." Marcio Maximo is confident his Livi bosses will soon tie up a deal to bring Roddy McKenzie to the City Stadium.

The former Hearts keeper made a major blunder in the first minute of the friendly against Ross County to gift the highlanders the lead but the Brazilian still wants his man. He said: "I think the chairman has that one in hand and I think McKenzie had an otherwise good game."
