Allan Preston has been named as Livingston's new manager after Pearse Flynn's Lionheart Consortium finally struck a deal to take control of the club.
Lionheart have agreed a management contract with administrators Kroll, allowing them to take over at Livi, but Dominic Keane is still the major shareholder.
And Flynn said: "Our absolute priority will be to ensure that Allan Preston and his management team can start planning properly for the new season as soon as possible."
