Stirling V Livingston preview

This tie may be thought as being a formality or a walk in the park for the Lions but i'm not 100% sure.

Yes, Livi are the favourites and although Stirling Albion bide in SFL’s 2nd division, Livi must be totally committed and give plenty of respect to their lowly opponents. This is bound to be a tough match for Preston's lads as the Albion have nothing to lose and want to be the first side to claim a premier league scalp this term.

Although this may be a toughie, there will be no taming of the Lions, I will opt for Livi to defeat Stirling and go marching on to the 3rd round.

Saturday’s game will be the match of the day in my opinion, with Livi looking to extend their great away record at Pittodrie, also the Dons who have started well in this years campaign.

JC’s men are playing for the jersey at the moment and seem to be bubbling with confidence. I go for an away win, but not an easy one.

We may have lost the flair of Fernandez, the magic of Makel and even the man mountain Marv, but one things for sure, the Lions will give as good as they get, and once again turn a few heads in months to come.
