A Moose walking on water, the other day
Livi named their two new signings in the team. Along with the experience of Gus Bahoken,Oscar Rubio and Derek Lilley. Dunfermline hit first in the sixth minute when Gorgi Hristrov beat Meldrum in the livi goal to give the pars the lead.

Only Two minutes later livi were level. No the prettiest goal you will see but Derek Lilley managed to beat Langfield with a low drive. Livi enjoyed the most possession but failed to create many chances.

In the 39th minute a throw ball came to Nouma. He took the shot early which bounced of Langfield and fell back to Nouma who had an easy task of sticking the ball in the back of the net from 4 yards out.

After the break Livi made one change with 18 year-old Stephen Adam being subbed for fellow under-19 team mate Scott Boyd. The change saw Gus Bahoken move from centre back to left back and allowed Boyd to partner Oscar Rubio in the central defence.

Again in the second half livi enjoyed most of the possession but just failed to break the pars defence down. A good chance fell to Horvath when Richard Brittain crossed and Horvath managed to get in front of the Dunfermline player but his header went wide.

A moment of magic came from Oscar Rubio. He played the ball wide to Brittain on the half way line and Oscar decided to continue his Run. Eventually the ball came back to Oscar on the 18-yard line. Somehow Oscar managed to skin two Dunfermline players before eventually losing the ball.

Dunfermline created a chance when Hristrov managed to invade Oscar Rubio but his shot was well heeled by Colin Meldrum. Hassan Kackloul had a chance at the edge of the box but his shot curled wide.

Livi then introduced under-19 top scorer Graham Dorrans and his fellow influential under-19 team mate Martin Jimmy Scott. Dorrans provided a different threat for the Dunfermline defence. He cam really close with a powerful drive which was well saved by Langfield.

Near the end a Noel Hunt header forced a decent save from Meldrum as Livi reserves go 7 games unbeaten and cemented their second place in the league.

Livi team, Meldrum, Brittain, Rubio, Bahoken, Adam (Boyd), Kriston (Scott), Lilley, Wilson, Kachloul, Horvath (Dorrans), Nouma. Unused subs, Fleming Walker.
