Livingston recorded their first home league win for over three months with a stirring second-half display.

After playing second fiddle for most of the first half, Livingston won it with three goals in the opening 13 minutes of the second half.

Alex Burns should have put Partick ahead in the 12th minute when he waltzed into the Livingston penalty area but, with only Javier Sanchez Broto to beat, he struck the outside of the post.

Partick had the better of the first half and a long-range effort from Martin Hardie troubled Broto after taking a wicked bounce.

Broto came to his side's rescue shortly before half time when Kenny Milne put Burns through but the goalkeeper was off his line quickly to block.

Livingston had rarely been seen as an attacking force in the first half but burst into life after the break with two goals in three minutes.

In the 47th minute, Partick goalkeeper Kenny Arthur completely misjudged a cross from Lee Makel and Eugene Dadi rose to head the ball home.

Moments later, Arthur could only parry a shot from Makel from a Barry Wilson corner and Marvin Andrews easily stroked in the loose ball.

Dadi came close to a third in the 55th minute with a lob but the ball bounced a yard wide.

But three minutes later, David Bingham beat the offside trap to beat Arthur with a stunning shot to make it 3-0.

Livingston could have added to their lead with substitute Rolando Zarate forcing two good saves from Arthur and Makel hitting the underside of the crossbar with a shot from 25 yards.

Livingston have now gone seven games without defeat and continue their climb up the table
